Zydeco Chop Chop Jalapeños Poppers

8-10 Fresh Jalapeños
1/2 Pound Ground Sausage
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 c Rehydrated Zydeco Chop Chop
1/2 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
8-10 Bacon (cut in half)

Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 375.
Oven Method: Preheat over to 425
Grill Method: Preheat Grill

Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove ribs & seeds. Brown Sausage. Mix sausage with cream cheese, rehydrated Zydeco Chop Chop, cajun seasoning, and salt & pepper. Stuff each pepper with sausage mixture. After stuffing, wrap each jalapeño with a half a piece of bacon - secure with a toothpick.

Air Fryer Method: Place in the preheated basket and cook for 6-8 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
Oven Method: Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes.
Grill Method: Grill the poppers on a less-hot part of the grill until the peppers and the bacon is browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
