Zydeco Chop Chop Crawfish Twice Baked Potatoes

What you’ll need:

Ingredients:

7 potatoes

2lbs crawfish

¼ cup of Zydeco Chop

Garlic seasoning, to taste

1 block of cream cheese

3 sticks unsalted butter

How To:

  1. Wrap raw potatoes in tin foil. Cook in oven on 350 for 90 minutes.

  2. After potatoes are cooked, pull out of the oven and hollow them, leaving the skins intact as potato boats.

  3. Mash the insides of the potatoes, adding in ¾ block of cream cheese, ½ stick of unsalted butter, one tablespoon of Zydeco Chop Chop, and garlic seasoning, to taste.

  4. Fill potato boats with the new mashed potato mixture. Cook in the oven on 350 for additional 20 - 25 minutes.

  5. Melt the remaining 2½ sticks of unsalted butter in a pan. After melted, add remaining ¼ block of cream cheese, remaining Zydeco Chop Chop, crawfish, and garlic seasoning, to taste.

  6. Top potato boats with crawfish butter created in step 5.

  7. Enjoy!
