Cajun Breakfast Egg Bites

What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

6 frozen breakfast sausage patties

9 eggs

1 cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup of dehydrated Zydeco Chop Chop

Cajun seasoning, to taste

Cracked pepper

2 cups cheddar cheese

Silicone burger bun mold

 

How To:

1.      Sprinkle cheddar cheese in burger bun mold, and add frozen breakfast sausage patty on top.

2.      In separate bowl, mix eggs, whipping cream, ZCC, seasonings, and cheddar cheese.

3.      Add blended egg/cream mixture to bun mold.

4.      Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of bun mold.

5.      Bake mold for 25 minutes at 350°, or until egg is done. Watch closely while cooking.

6.      Turn broiler on low two minutes before egg mixture is finished cooking in the mold.

7.      Brown the top of the finished egg/sausage patty in the broiler

8.      Put on drying rack and let cool.
